Photography and Pictures at St Mark

These procedures are followed at St Mark so that your wedding will proceed smoothly and without any distraction

Permission is normally given for photographs outside the church before and after the service (inside if wet) and in the vestry during the signing of the registers
In addition, the official photographer may take one or two photographs from the back of church during the service, without flash

Permission is normally given for the use of video, but you must sign a form declaring that no commercial use will be made of the video, and the video operator must abide by the guidance notes provided. An additional fee, to cover copyrights &c, is payable

Note that "roaming" by photographers and video operators around the church during the wedding ceremony will not be permitted, as this invariably proves detrimental to the sanctity of the occasion
